Preble County Convention & Visitors Bureau Announces New Web Site

www.preblecountypassport.com That’s your ticket to all things Preble County, Ohio.  The web site created by the Preble County Convention & Visitors Bureau features the county’s eight historic covered bridges, including a downloadable informational brochure, as well as information about upcoming events in Preble County.  Also included are a “Feature of the Month” (currently Fort St. Clair Park in Eaton, Ohio, the county seat) and a “Did You Know?” column (currently exploring the history of the Underground Railroad in Preble County).

The tab for “Things to Do” links visitors to antiques shops, camping, history, restaurants and overnight accommodations, golf courses and other recreation sites, the local zoo, area festivals, geo-caching sites, and the ghost trail.  Future additions will include information about health care resources, public safety, post offices, meeting venues, and other information that may be helpful to visitors and event planners.

The site also provides links to many countywide resources such as the Preble County District Library, The Preble County Historical Society, the Preble County Council on Aging, the Preble County Fine Arts Center, the Preble County Fairgrounds, and the county commission and various towns and villages throughout the county.

The Preble County Convention & Visitors Bureau also has a new Facebook page and invites you to visit the page and LIKE it!
